At CMDS, we seek to build up your child’s strengths, skills, talents, and values. We create the space that allows everyone to be reminded who they already are and to rediscover how perfectly they have been made.

Choosing Co-Ed

A co-ed school reflects the real world.

Learn together. Work together. Respect each other. In our co-ed school, these are the essentials, the frame which holds the house together. In these formative years, we choose to learn how to live, work, and play with everybody.

Early Childhood - 2K, PK, & JK

CMDS makes learning child’s play.

In our Early Childhood classrooms, purposeful play reinforces a developing child’s natural curiosity. At the table, down on the floor, over to the wall, or out to the yard - we follow the lesson wherever it takes us with a fully engaged sense of excitement and discovery.

Lower School - SK, 1st, & 2nd

At CMDS, our Lower School division is focused on balance.

The next step. The Lower School curriculum builds on Early Childhood, one year standing on the shoulders of the last, as our interactive teaching encourages children to look outside the box and find creative paths to answer new questions. We lean into weaknesses with patience and build on strengths with innovative challenges.

Upper School - 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th

CMDS Upper School students engage in leadership roles and more responsibilities on campus.

The bigger game is afoot. In Upper School, our children stand tall on the foundation of years past and begin to explore the beauty of real responsibility, the freedom in hard work, and the service of leadership. We work hard and have fun along the path of discovering something new every day.
